Mr. Kadish's primary areas of practice include Real Estate, Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions.
In the area of Real Estate, he has represented many Cooperative Corporations and Condominium Associations and has extensive experience in all types of Real Estate transactions, including Purchases, Sales, Leasing, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and Foreclosures. In the area of Corporate Law, he has represented numerous corporations and limited liability companies' in general corporate matter, acquisitions, loan workouts, and management and employment agreements. He has represented companies in labor negotiations, and has appeared before the Occupation and Safety and Health Administration, Internal Revenue and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. In the area of Commercial Transactions, he has represented lending institutions in straight mortgages and has extensive experience in receivable financing and secured and unsecured lending. |
